software i have bought a few hundred dollars worth. very few will work like they say it will. some will removed dll's that you need some will remove a file you need.if you use incredimail you have to be careful of what spy-ware you run. i have only found two that i know is safe and is updated often spyware detector and max registry cleaner, been using about four years now.know problem with answering your email if you crash your system very fast getting back to you where to download and new key, i have bought several that want answer your email and know way to get money back. so be careful what you download the program might look good and say a lot of good things but remember internet full of scams a new one pops up every month check them out before buying i which i had wrote them down. watch search&destroy a fair program but it will remove things it don't need to. also Norton.mcafee [poor] don't keep there program updated is not stable on xp will crash it self often. got to go see you next time i find problems
